There are 2 separate units here. First is the home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. As you enter the front door of the home you are greeted with a spacious, open floor concept, with windows that showcase the beautiful Norris Lake only steps away! The living room has a nice cozy feel with comfortable furniture to relax and rewind late at night. To the right your sights are set to the breathtaking kitchen, that can comfortably seat and attend to each member of your party. With 3 kitchen islands, and sinks there is enough counter space to make sure that everyone can help cook a family meal without bumping into each other. To the right of the kitchen is a small foyer, on the left side there is a half bath so that anyone on the main floor has accessibility to it, if need. On the right side of the foyer is the butler's pantry/laundry room. This pantry is loaded with 3 coffee pots (2 drips, 1 Keurig.), blenders, a microwave, and more. There is a stacked washer and dryer in here as well for your use to make sure that you leave with a suitcase full of clean clothes and towels, if that's what you desire. Heading back toward the living room, you are greeted on the left side with the first bedroom. This is a master suite with a King sized bed as well as a single size bed and a trundle (single) size bed pull out underneath for extra room or to have your little ones sleep by you for your convenience. There is a full bathroom attached, with a standing shower and separate tub. When you leave this room, there are stairs to your right, to take you to the lower level of this home.

As you walk down the steps, you are welcome to a open great room that is equipped with a bar, a pool table, and a tv all for your use. To your left you can walk into bedroom #2. This room is set up exactly to the upstairs master with a King Size bed as well as a single bed with a trundle (single) bed pullout underneath it. There is an attached bathroom to this room with a standing shower and double sinks. Walking back into the living area, there are 2 bedrooms across the room. The door on the left is bedroom #3. This room is equipped with 2 double beds and a single bed. There is a bathroom attached to this room as well. The bathroom has a standing shower. Moving to the bedroom on the right, #4. Bedroom #4 has 1 king bed, and 2 double beds. This room also has an attached bathroom to it. This bathroom has a standing shower.

On both the upstairs and downstairs levels of this home, there are walk outs from the main living quarters to the back deck. The firepit is easily accessed from the downstairs walk out that will lead straight out to the steps to the firepit. To access the steps to the dock, it is on the left side of the lower level deck with a paved and railed stairway down to the beautiful 2 port covered dock. Both levels of the decks have outdoor seating as well to enjoy the wonderful outdoors and sights that Norris Lake has to behold.

Heading to the second unit, this is an apartment above the garage. As you walk up the steps, you walk into a full sized kitchen so that guests here can easily access their own midnight snacks, wake up and make coffee, etc. without having to walk to the main home. There is also a living area here that has seating and a tv for your use. There is one bedroom on this main floor. Bedroom #5 has a king sized bed and an attached bathroom with a standing shower. When you head up the steps inside the apartment you are met with our final bedroom. Bedroom #6 is equipped with 3 double beds and 3 single beds. This room is perfect for all the kids in your family or party to spend their entire vacation together and bond while the parents can relax with a little bit of time for themselves.
