Par-Tee Time has a large deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the rays of the sun, the views of prestine Norris Lake, or the golfers on the coures. Let's not forget the hot tub perfectly located on the lower level deck to enjoy the wonders of the mountains and lake.

One the main level is 2 bedrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, fire place and deck.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed and a double over double bunk bed. There's a nice sized closet to hang up for your clothes and keep your suitcases stored away in for your stay.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 queen beds. There is a full bathroom attached to this room. This room also provides a big screen TV to watch as you wind down in bed.

The upstairs level is where the Master bedroom is. The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed as well as a twin over double bunk bed. The master bath is equipped with a jacuzzi bath tub, shower, and a his and her's vanity. There is also a conveniently located coffee bar in the master bedroom for those early mornings. Attached to the master bedroom is a walkout to a porch with beautiful views. So grab your coffee from the bar and take a walk outside and enjoy your views and coffee.

The lower level of the house is where the last bedroom is.
Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed. This bedroom is also equipped with a big screen TV for your viewing pleasures. The best part about this room lies with the walkout to the deck where the hot tub and deck furniture are.
On this level also lies a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. There is also a closet with an ice maker so you will never run out of ice to keep filling those coolers up for all your daytime adventures.

Par-Tee Time includes a covered boat slip at Deerfield Cove Marina for all your boating pleasures!

All homes include bed linens and kitchen towels. 
Bath/Lake/Hot Tub towels are NOT included.

Each home has a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 trash can liner per trash can
1 sample of liquid dish soap .

CHECK IN AND OUT:
Check-In begins at 4 P.M.
Check-Out is at 10 A.M.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
