LOWER LEVEL: High End Queen Pull out couch, ½ bath, kitchen, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and full laundry room.

UPPER LEVEL: Open concept with a King bed, full bath, Smart TV, coffee/wine bar area. There is a loft above that has a full size bed with 2 windows with a great view of the woods.

OUTSIDE: Wrap around deck. Hot tub, fire pit, and grill.

Each home has a starter supply of the following: 1 roll of toilet paper for bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner per trash can, 1 sample of liquid dish soap.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather

MARIANAS: The marinas surrounding Norris Lake are open seasonally, usually between mid May through Labor Day. Each of the marinas offer overnight boat slips, boat rentals and dining and spirits.

-Sugar Hollow: 2 miles. (Close to the famous jumping bridge)

-Whitman Hollow: Froggies Bar and Grill 6.5 miles. Included 30x16 Boat Slip for your use here, it also has a deck on the slip for an area to hang out at!

-Shanghai: 5 miles

-Deerfield: Tiki Hut: 9 miles.

~GOLFING: The Greens at Deerfield offers a 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. A driving range and practice greens are also available. The club house offers a full service pro shop and restaurant.

~Chapman Winery: Is located just before the gate to Deerfield Resort on the right hand side of the road. A quaint little winery in the hills of East TN on the edge of Norris Lake. They offer red and white sweet to dry wines. Chapmanhillwinery.com

ATV TRAILS:
Only about 10 minutes from Windrock Park G52,G54 trails for acres off-road fun. Ride direct to the trailheads.
