This peaceful family friendly cabin sits on a point in Deerfield Resort with an easy gentle walk for access to the covered dock and lots of yard for play! Escape to DeerHaven and enjoy boating, swimming, fishing and the local wild life. DeerHaven is nestled on a quiet street with pristine views of Norris Lake from both of the beautiful decks. DeerHaven is located on the main chanel of water in Deerfield Resort.

DeerHaven is a three level home, with 4 bedrooms including a loft and 3 full bathrooms. Our cozy kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. DeerHaven offers 2 refrigerators, an ice maker, pool table, DVD's, games, books, covered dock with a swim platform, picnic table and a swim ladder, 1 screened deck, 1 covered deck, bar area with TV and mini fridge, washer and dryer, coffee maker ( Mr. Coffee - drip)

Main level- Kitchen, Dining room with plenty of seating to include a wet bar. From dining room you may access a screened in porch with patio furniture and grand views of Norris Lake. Also on the main level is a living room, full bathroom, Master bedroom #1 with a queen bed and full bathroom, and 2nd bedroom with two twin beds.
Loft- 2 twin beds and a queen bed with full bath.
Lower level- Bar area with under counter ice maker, a mini fridge and TV, pool table, family room with with a TV, DVD player and lots of DVD's, books and games to choose from. Bedroom #4 with a queen bed with full bath is located on the lower level. Lower level has a walk out to covered deck with plenty of seating and an open yard to enjoy family time!

There is a fireplace for your use! If you plan on using it, please bring your own wood!!****

Public Golf Course, Community Pool, Tennis Courts, Sand Volley Ball Court, Play ground, a mini Basketball area, Air Strip, Security Gate, Tiki Hut, Deerfield Cove Marina( Launching Fee$$ Extra)

***Trailer parking - TRAILER PARKING IS NOT ALLOW AT ANY PROPERTIES IN DEERFIELD RESORT- PER DEERFIELD HOA.
Trailer parking is $7 at Deerfield Cove Marina and $10.00 with Deerfield Vacation Rentals

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather

***Boat slip rentals available for extra charge. Please call for more information on availability and rates. ( first come first serve) Marina is a seperate entity with a $25 launch fee.
