This kitchen is completely stocked with the essentials you need for a perfect BBQ during the summer or some warm soup during the winter. Need a pick me up in the morning? There is not 1, but 2 coffee makers for your use. (One is a standard drip coffee pot whilst the other is a Keurig.)
There is a covered porch where there is a gas grill for your BBQ pleasures as well as seating. This porch overlooks the beautiful Deerfield Cove Marina. Enjoy some food while watching the boats go past.
Aside from the fully stocked kitchen and wonderful patio you are equipped with Satellite TV (3 TV's.), and free WiFi is also included in this rental.

-Dishwasher pods are not included either you will need to bring your own!

Here you will recieve your arrival packet which includes; keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes. You will also need to sign our rental agreement. Please remember that our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM. Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.
