Nestled on a perch above a quite cove in ‘Big Creek’ of Norris Lake, the house offers superb accommodations, a Two-Tiered Dock, a Fire Pit and much more. NorthStar Lodge is a Lake-Front home that offers plenty of room for the family inside and out. This eight (8) bedroom home is perfect for any large family gathering or several families vacationing together.
Come relax on this spacious open lodge like home. On the main entry level cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the lake and walk-out doors to the expansive newly built deck. A big screen TV flanks the living room wall and can easily be seen from the Fully Stocked Kitchen, and Dining Room table that comfortably seats 12. The Kitchen Island offers additional seating for six (6) and plenty of room for preparing large family meals. Bonuses include a Large Pantry and first floor Laundry Room off the Kitchen. Bedrooms on the Main Floor include a Master with a King Bed with a Large Full Bathroom. and walk-out access to deck. Bedroom 2 is spacious with a beautiful view of the Cove. It also has a King Bed. This room boast an adjoining closet with the third bedroom on the main level. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. These two (2) rooms can be closed off from the open living area for quieter moments offering the perfect accommodations for Mom and Dad in one room with the kids in the adjoining room.
The spacious Lower Level also offers a Full Kitchen with dining seating for ten (10) and a large open family room with Big Screen TV and Walk-Out to the Covered Patio. Four (4) bedrooms, a Private Seating area, and four (4) Full Baths provide accommodations for thirteen (15). The first bedroom is a King Master with Full Bathroom and great views of Norris Lake. The second bedroom has two (2) Queen Beds and an adjoining sitting room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Both rooms have Walk-Out access to the Covered Patio providing awesome Lake Views. This suite has a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bath. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids (or the young-at-heart) with a Twin over Full Bunk bed and a Set of Twin Bunks. A Bonus features of the lower level is a second Laundry Room.
A small apartment is “nestled” above the garage for those who enjoy family or group time but also need little alone time. Inside the “Nest,” is a Queen Bedroom, a small sitting area with a Sleeper Sofa, a Full Bathroom and an efficiency Kitchen that includes a small fridge, microwave, and dining table. This hideaway can be accessed via the main house or by its separate entrance.
There is no getting bored at NorthStar Lodge. If the Lake, Nearby Wood and Fire Pit, don’t keep you busy, you can always head out to the newly built Game Room to play Ping Pong, Foosball, or Board Games; or head out to the driveway for a quick game of basketball!
Both NorthStar Lodge Kitchens are Fully Stocked for all your meal and beverage preparations needs. (Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Full Pot Brewing and K-cup Coffee Makers, Crock Pots, Griddles and Blenders). For Outdoor Cooking, the NorthStar Lodge offers an expansive, Catering style Gas Grill on the patio. For those who don’t cook, Whitman Hollow Marina, Shanghai Marina, and Sugar Hollow Marina all offer a restaurant/bar and are just a quick drive away. By water, Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah Marinas can be reached by a short boat ride.
NorthStar Lodge offers a Private Covered Boat Dock for docking up to three (3) boats (pending size). There is a spacious Sun Deck above the boat slips that has a slide down to the water. A cart path from the house to the dock makes outdoors accessible to everyone. (Cart not provided). On the way to the covered boat slip there is a Fire Pit with Chairs, so bring the marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers for s’mores to enjoy a special evening with the family

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
