Cat-Coll pleasantly sits in a quiet cove, mere feet from the covered dock. You will enjoy a peaceful morning, sitting on one of the two decks with your morning java, taking in the breathtaking views of Norris Lake. This cove is perfect for the kiddos to swim or fish off the dock. Cat-Coll offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, open floor plan with the family room, kitchen and dining area.

Main Level- (entry level) You will find 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a Queen bed. There is also an additional open area with a queen over queen bunk bed (the top bunk has a weight limit of 200lbs.), and a half bath located centerally between the rooms. There is also access to a screened in porch with ample seating perfect to gather in for an early morning coffee or to get away from bugs in the evening while still enjoying your lake time!

On the lower level- You will be "Welcomed" with an open concept living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with walk in shower, and washer and dryer. Lower level has a walk out to the second deck where you will find a propane grill and plenty of seating perfect for those summer nights of grilling dinner and having the family gather around and talk. A gentle walk to the dock is no problem here as there is a concrete walkway with NO STEPS. The dock has plenty of space for all of your lake toys and even has seating perfect to gather at for lunch, dinner, or drinks after a long day of boating!

Cat-Coll does have a steep driveway that has just been repaved for a smooth ride down. However, the walk to the dock is easy and gentle providing you a comfortable stroll to the lake at your leisure.

This peaceful cottage offers a covered dock, swim platform with ladder, 2 jet ski ports, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, parking for 3 vehicles, a fire pit, small ice machine, Keurig single serve coffee machine, WIFI, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and central heating and air.

Local Marinas---- Whitman Hollow is a 10 minute boat ride, Indian River Marina is the closest by car with only a 15 minute drive. It is suggested to launch your boat prior to going to the property.

Upon arrival you will have the following items in the home: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner per trash can, 1 sample of liquid dish soap, 1 pump hand soap per bathroom and a Cat-Coll Guide Book with helpful information for your stay.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
