Heavenly View lives up to it's name......the views from this home are Heavenly! Heavenly View is 3 levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bath.
UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom 1 has a full bath and king bed
MAIN LEVEL: Fully equipped Kitchen. Beautiful views of Norris Lake from every room! Open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room, Flat screen TV with Satellite & NetFlix. All rooms have walk outs to deck. Bedroom 2 is a master bedroom with king bed and a full bathroom. Relaxing living room with Flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 is a room with bunk beds perfect for kids to stay cozy.
LOWER LEVEL: Large family room with sleeper sofa, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a full bathroom. ALL Bedrooms have walk outs to decks. 1 twin bunk bed on lower level. GAS GRILL - Lots of deck space. Beautiful views are Heavenly! Family Friendly.

Come enjoy the views of Norris Lake sitting on the porch swing on the deck or enjoy dinner with your loved ones on one of the 2 decks/patio.

* Check out is at 10 a.m. (No late check outs)
* Please check in at our office at 1233 Deerfield Way, Lafollette, TN 37766 to receive your arrival package which will include the map to the property, keyless entry code, rental agreement, wifi info, and checkout instuctions.

All of our homes include linens. BATH TOWELS AND LAKE TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED- kitchen towels are provided.
All home have a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toliet paer per bathroom
1 roll of paper towles
Hand soap in each bethroom
1 starter supply of liquid soap
1 trash can liner per trash can

STRICT POLICY:
No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to keep everyone safe.

Check in begins at 4 PM at our rental office address:

Lafollette, TN 37766

Here you will recieve your arrival packet which includes; keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes. You will also need to sign our rental agreement. Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather

***Marina is a seperate entity with a $25 launch fee.
***Launch Fee at Deerfield Cove Marina is $25 each launch (Operated by a seperate enity)
***Trailer parking - TRAILER PARKING IS NOT ALLOW AT ANY PROPERTIES IN DEERFIELD RESORT- PER DEERFIELD HOA.
Trailer parking is $7 at Deerfield Cove Marina and $10.00 with Deerfield Vacation Rentals
