It is equipped with modern and fresh décor as well as utensils. 112-4 is a beautiful lakefront condo that has an ease of access to the dock. While a boat slip is not included with this rental, you can contact our office for a boat slip rental to still get your boating on Norris Lake in. The main level is an open concept contributing:
A grand kitchen fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. There is also a glass top range (stove and oven combo.) with a microwave above it.

Laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
Full bath in hallway to bedrooms.
On the left there is a bathroom with 2 full beds.
The bedroom on the right is a King master with a full bath including tub and shower. This bedroom also has walkout access to the covered part of the deck.

The Upstairs Level:

There is a bedroom on the left is equipped with two queen beds and a full bath attached.
The bedroom on the right is a King master with full bath including tub and shower. This bedroom also has a walkout to an open upper deck private to the bedroom and perfect for catching some sun rays.

112-4 has seen many new upgrades over the winter, some including new bedding on all beds and a new knife set for the kitchen, along with some other minor updates to improve your stay.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
