The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pack and play for families traveling with little ones. The third bedroom offers two twin beds.This cozy home also has a double living area for extra seating. Kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, stove, microwave frige washer and dryer. Relax on one of the two decks and enjoy the great outdoors. Included in this rental are also all the park ammenties. Ammenties include, public picnic area, public play ground, public boat launch, and also a public courtesy dock. Worried about feeling safe in a new enviroment? No worries, this home is located next to the park office. Peaceful Parkside Paradise is a beautiful house trailer.

Marinas in the area, Clearwater Cove Marina, StarDust & Resort and with in a 10 mintue boat ride you will find Shanghia Marina and Sequoyah Marinas.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
