The outdoor area also features a gas grill, perfect for a fun grill out after hitting the boat all day!
Home Layout:

MAIN LEVEL: Soon as you walk in you are greeted with a staircase to the upper level. To your right is the living area with a sectional and TV. The main level is a open concept with the living room, dining, and kitchen all visible. The windows go from floor to ceiling giving lots of natural sunlight. When you walk past the kitchen, to the right is the laundry room. As you go further down, the master along with another bedroom are at the end of the hall. A shared bathroom is beside of the bedrooms as well including his and hers sinks.

UPPER LEVEL: As soon as you walk up the steps, you are greeted with an open area that features board games and a twin trundle with a twin underneath. To the left there is a bedroom with two twins, a queen bed, and a full bathroom attached. There is a walkout from the bedroom to sit and sunbathe


SURROUNDING AREA: This home is tucked between a quiet 3 acres woof parcel. .8 miles from stardust marina, 2 miles from boat launch at Loyston Point and 2.4 miles from Sequoah marina. Anderson County Park is about 2.3 Miles away. Anderson County Park has a public launch with parking, a beach area, and playground.There is enough space at the home to park a trailer for your boat as well.

Each home has a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 trash can liner per trash can
1 sample of liquid dish soap

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
