This beautiful new home offers a gorgeous view over Springs Dock. Farm Charm By The Lake offers sleeping arrangements for 11 people total. It is a 3 bedroom house with a detached garage that offers a living space above with 2 additional bedrooms. The house is all open concept with a farm chic decor that is sure to give a modern and comfy feel to your vacation. On the right side of the house is the Master Suite with a king sized bed. The master bath has his and hers sinks, a shower, and a seperate tub. This master suite is located on the other end of the house giving the master suite privacy from the other bedrooms. There is a laundry room on suite, that you will be able to wash all clothes and towels for your family, if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials needed to do any standard cooking such as; pots, pans, wooden utensils, cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, etc. Aside from the stove, oven, and microwave there is also a grill on the back deck to cook or barbeque a meal. This grill is the perfect spot for your families grill master as the not only get to whip up the family meal, but enjoy the gorgeous views of Springs Dock and Norris Lake. The dining room offers a table that is the perfect place to gather for a warm meal after a long day enjoying Norris Lake. There is a sliding door access to the back deck from the dining room to bring that barbeque in and set it down quickly. If you would prefer though, there is additional seating on the back deck outside to enjoy an outdoor feast. The living room is the perfect place to gather and cozy up together on the couch watching a movie or your favorite show together. Streaming is available with Free Wi-Fi provided for your use, to make sure that you don't miss your favorite sports team or an episode of your favorite show. On the left side of the house there are 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has full size bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms will share the second full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Above the garage there are 2 additional bedrooms with a full size bathroom. The left bedroom of the area has a king size bed. Between the two rooms is a shared bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The bedroom on the right is a queen size bed. In the entrance of the living area above the garage there is a mini fridge to store drinks for these guests if needed as well as a coffee bar so that you can wake up and make a cup of coffee without having to walk to the main house.

***Trailer parking - TRAILER PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY PROPERTIES IN DEERFIELD RESORT- PER DEERFIELD HOA.
Trailer parking is $7 at Deerfield Cove Marina and $10.00 with Deerfield Vacation Rentals

All homes include bed linens and kitchen towels.

Each home has a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toilet paper for bathroom,
1 roll of paper towels,
1 trash can liner per trash can,
1 sample of liquid dish soap

No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to keep everyone safe.

Here you will receive your arrival packet which includes; keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes. You will also need to sign our rental agreement. Please remember that our office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM. Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
