Upon entry on the main floor, you will notice several windows from floor to ceiling that let in the beautiful sun that glimmers off Norris Lake. In the foyer there is a nook that is the essential space for any study or WiFi needs, with free WiFi included. Past the foyer is the open, spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room concept. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, multiple sinks, and ample space for any type of cooking you can imagine. There are also 2 walkouts from this open concept that lead out to the deck that beholds the wonderous sights of Norris Lake. On this main level deck, there is plenty of seating to catch some beautiful rays or watch the sunset. When the deck was imagined and redesigned it was called the "best deck in Deerfield" with abundent space. There is also a covered seating section perfect for sitting and enjoying the company of each other or for enjoying the aromas next to your grill master. Back inside the main level continuing towards the small hall on the left is the 1st bedroom that is equipped with a queen size bed. The room next to that is the full bathroom with a stand in shower. Back into the small hall you will find two sets of stairs.
When you take the stairs up you are led to the flawless private master suite. This master suite is furnished with a queen size bed in the airy room. Attached to the bedroom is the ideal bathroom. His and hers sink are provided making getting ready for the day with your partner easy. This stand in shower is not your typical shower, as this shower has 2 shower points with one on each side of the shower! There is also a small nook vanity area perfect for applying makeup or creating a hair do for the day. There is a second door from the bathroom that leads out to an astonishing balcony giving the windows on the main floor a whole new view. On this balcony there is a small desk perfect for studying or reading a book while still enjoying the astounding views from the comfort of the indoors.
Heading back to the main level and the second set of stairs that leads to the downstairs level you are greeted with an open space common area that is quintessential for kids to play board games, color, or any other kid activities in. To the right of this common space there is the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom supplies a queen size bed. Near this bedroom is the 3rd full bathroom. This bathroom also contains a stand in shower as well. Back towards the common room is a hallway that will lead you to the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom is the absolute spot for kids as it is furnished with 4 twin beds total. One is a set of twin bunk beds as well as 2 separate twin size beds next to each other. This makes this spot ideal for siblings, cousins, or friends to have the best sleepover vacation they could ever dream of. Back into the hallway at the end it leads you to your ensuite laundry room that makes vacationing simpler with having a washer and dryer on site. In the common area there is also a walkout that leads to the second deck. This deck has a swing that is perfect for sitting on and enjoying the heat while watching the boats pass by on the lake.
The staircase to the pool has access from each level deck. The pool is the supreme hang out spot. This is one of the only houses in Deerfield that include a private pool making it a unique rental. This pool is a saltwater pool with depths ranging from 3 ft to 7 ft. This pool has a super fun slide that makes it even more enjoyable for kids. This pool is sure to bring smiles to your kids' faces and the parents who watch their kids.
There is a dock down from the house. While this dock is not for use of boat storage or parking, it still is a primo spot for the swimming platform off it. This gives you access to have a choice to swim in the salt water pool or the fresh water lake. Maybe swimming in the lake is not your thing, this dock can also be used as a fishing dock. Maybe while mom's watch the kids in the pool. Dad's can wind down here at the dock and do some fishing in the meantime.

All homes include bed linens and kitchen towels.  
****Bath towels are NOT included. Do not forget to bring your own!!

Each home has a starter supply of the following:
1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 trash can liner per trash can
1 sample of liquid dish soap

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
