Norris Lake at its finest!! Come enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of Norris Lake in Payton’s Place. This family friendly home is LAKE FRONT located in Deerfield Resort. Updated in 2022, is a covered dock where you can bring your boat and enjoy fun in the sun on the swim platform with diving board. Upon entry the main level has the kitchen, dining area along with a huge living area accompanied by a half bath. The main level also has two MASTER suites with king beds and bathrooms with rain shower heads and free-standing tubs. Downstairs is another large family room with games galore, laundry room, and 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 Queen Size beds and the other with 3 Queen Size beds. Both have bathrooms with Shower/Tub combos.

In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. In the evening, enjoy the sunsets off either of 2 large west facing decks with plenty of comfortable seating. When the sun goes down, enjoy time by a large firepit or play a game of bags down by the water. Also coming in 2022 will be a large HOT TUB to be enjoyed after a day of boating, fishing, or golfing!

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather

***Boat slip rentals available for extra charge. Please call for more information on availability and rates. ( first come first serve) Marina is a seperate entity with a $25 launch fee.
