Two level home with paved drive way and fenced in yard for your fur babies. Fire pit. Propane grill. Patio furniture. Wooded lot for family privacy. Enjoy a family dinner made in this beautiful remodeled kicken on the deck with lovely views. Less then 5 minutes to the Golf Course!
"Par"fect Cove Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 1 murphy bed, and 1 "Cordaroy" beanbag that unfolds into a full mattress.

On the main level, you will find a open floor concept with a beautiful kitchen, living room with walk out to deck and big screen TV, laundry room and small dining table, and 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a full bathroom and a TV. There is also a sleeper ottoman in this room for extra sleeping space.
Bedroom 2 has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a TV in the room.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a TV.

Lower level has a mini kitchen/ bar area with a fridge. Open family room, with big screen TV, walk out to lower deck. Foosball table, murphy bed, cordaroy beanbag ( queen mattress) and a large sectional couch and a full bathroom.

This home is conveniently located in a cove on Norris Lake within the Deerfield Resort with SEASONAL WATER. There is flat platform dock that is available for your use. Also included is a covered slip at Deerfield Cove Marina!!!

All homes are supplies with each of the following:
Bed linens are provided. Kitchen towels are provided.
1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sample of liquid dish soap & 1 trash can liner per trash can.
Dishwasher tabs are NOT provided***
Bath towels are NOT provided***

***Boat slip rentals available for extra charge ($55.00 per night). Please call for more info. (first come first serve) Marina is a seperate entity with a $25 launch fee.
**Lauch Fee at Deerfield Cove Marina is $25 each lauch (Operated by a seperate enity)
***Trailer parking - TRAILER PARKING IS NOT ALLOW AT ANY PROPERTIES IN DEERFIELD RESORT- PER DEERFIELD HOA.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS- Check in begins at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Please come to our rental office at 1233 Deerfield Way, Lafollette, TN 37766. Upon check in you will receive your entry code, map to the property, parking passes and our rental agreement.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather
