When you enter the O'Christie's Home you will be greeted with a FUN and COLORFUL home in the woods.  This home is brightly decorated with up-to-date furnishings in the comfy great room on the main level with two new couches and a recliner. Beautiful views of Norris Lake with floor to ceiling windows. Family fun continues with a new sectional to gather for family movie night on the lower level.
Sleeps 16:  There are two(2) king bed suite bedrooms, one (1) queen bedroom, a bedroom with two (2) twins, and a childrens "Jungle -Loft" with a daybed and trundle and a twin bunk bed ( sleeps 4).
The Kid's Jungle -Loft is a children's play area with dress up clothes, puzzles, videos, books, stuffed animals, and more! Truly a child's dream spot! 
The O' C hristie's Home is furrninshed with granite counter tops, a gas stove, and has two fridges with three ice makers. Plenty of seating at the kitchen table for family dinners or to paly cards or board games. A favorite of return guest is our extra large screened in porch with over stuffed chairs, rockers, sofa, ceiling fans, and a dining table to enjoy dinner after a long day on Norris Lake.    From the huge decks you are only steps from the covered dock. The house has a concrete walk to the dock with a lounging area, picnic table and a covered slip. 

(Don't have a boat---no worries--- there are several local marinas nearby that will rent boats, jet skis and water toys. Oasis Water Sports, Shanghai, Sugar Hollow and Springs Dock.)

Within Deerfield Resort there is a challenging 18 hole golf course, a 3120 ft  paved air strip, swimming pool, sand volleyball, playground, and tennis/pickle-ball court, Club House Grill located at the golf course, and the Tiki Bar for family food and entertainment.  Nature lover?  If so, you’ll love the scenes around the property: Hummingbirds are constantly visiting the feeders! Frequent sightings of Blue Birds, Deer, Gray Squirrels, several species of Woodpeckers, and Chameleons.  Occasional sightings of Red Fox and Flying Squirrels! At night you may frequently hear Owls and Coyotes.   Also recently added  Guaranteed sightings of “Eddie the Eagle”!   Nearby mini adventures include: Dollywood (1 hour and 45 minute drive) Gatlinburg (2 hour drive) Tanger outlet shopping center in Serierville TN (1 hour and 45 minute drive) Knoxville Zoo (1 hour and 15 minute drive) American Museum of Science and (Atomic) Energy (1 hour and 20 minute drive) Norris Dam (1 hour) Museum of Appalachia (1 hour)

* Please check in at our office at 1233 Deerfield Way, Lafollette, TN 37766 to receive your arrival package which will include the map to the property, keyless entry code, rental agreement, wifi info, and checkout instuctions.

BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
All homes include bed  linens and kitchen towels.
Bath towels are NOT included.
Each home has a starter supply of the following: 1 roll of toilet paper for bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner per trash can, 1 sample of liquid dish soap.

No pets allowed! This is due to severe allergies and to keep everyone safe.

Here you will recieve your arrival packet which includes; keyless entry code, map to the property, and car passes. You will also need to sign our rental agreement. Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.

If guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 90+ days prior to check in day: Full refund excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 89-31 day prior to check in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payment forfeited
- No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in off season due to inclement weather

***Marina is a seperate entity with a $25 launch fee.
